The Community Impact Project of the Year Awards recognizes NARI members from both NARI SFBA & Diablo Valley whose charitable remodeling projects have made a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families, or communities. This award category celebrates projects that demonstrate compassion, collaboration, craftsmanship, and measurable community impact while reflecting the values and professionalism of the remodeling industry.
Award winners will be honored during the November 11, 2026, Evening of Excellence (Bay Area Remodeling Awards & Impact Awards) at Evolv Surfaces [Berkeley], celebrating outstanding achievement and community impact across the Bay Area remodeling industry.
Up to four (4) outstanding members may receive an award each year, but all eligible nominees will be acknowledged.

Eligible to Nominate: NARI Member Company, NARI Member Company Individual.

Describe the charitable/volunteer remodeling project, including the community need it addressed, the project's goals, key accomplishments, measurable impact on the individuals, families, or community served, and why the project is meaningful. Include any partnerships, volunteer efforts, donated materials or labor, and explain why this NARI member company or individual deserves recognition as the Community Impact Project of the Year.
