The NexGen Awards recognizes an outstanding NARI member from NARI SFBA or Diablo Valley under the age of 40 who demonstrates exceptional leadership, professionalism, and commitment to the association and the remodeling industry. This award category honors emerging leaders who actively promote NARI's values, standards, and ethical practices while serving their chapter through volunteer leadership, committee or board involvement, and ongoing professional development.
Award winners will be honored during the November 11, 2026, Evening of Excellence (Bay Area Remodeling Awards & Impact Awards) at Evolv Surfaces [Berkeley], celebrating outstanding achievement and community impact across the Bay Area remodeling industry.
Up to two (2) outstanding members may receive an award each year, but all eligible nominees will be acknowledged.
Eligible Nominees: Individual NARI Member (Under the age of 40 at the time of nomination)
Eligible to Nominate: NARI Member Company, NARI Member Company Individual, Self, or Executive Director.

Describe how the nominee has demonstrated leadership, professional growth, and commitment to NARI and the remodeling industry. Include examples of committee and/or Board service, leadership development, promotion of NARI's standards and Code of Ethics, contributions to the chapter, member engagement, industry involvement, and measurable impact. Explain how the nominee reflects the image of a NARI Professional Remodeler and why they deserve the NexGen Award.
