Legacy of Leadership Awards


The Legacy of Leadership Awards honors a distinguished NARI member whose career reflects exceptional leadership, service, and lasting contributions to the remodeling industry. This award category recognizes individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to professional excellence, community involvement, and advancing the values and standards of NARI through their work, leadership, and service.

Award winners will be honored during the November 11, 2026, Evening of Excellence (Bay Area Remodeling Awards & Impact Awards) at Evolv Surfaces [Berkeley], celebrating outstanding achievement and community impact across the Bay Area remodeling industry.

Up to two (2) outstanding members may receive an award each year, but all eligible nominees will be acknowledged.

Eligible Nominees: Individual NARI Member (Minimum 20 years of service in the remodeling industry & Minimum ten (10) years of NARI membership)

Eligible to Nominate: NARI Member Company, NARI Member Company Individual, Self, or Executive Director.

Describe the nominee’s career achievements, leadership, and lasting impact on the remodeling industry. Include their professional background, years of industry service, major accomplishments, awards and recognition, community involvement, and contributions to NARI at the chapter and/or national level. Highlight leadership roles, appointed or elected positions, mentorship, and examples of how the nominee has advanced professionalism and NARI standards throughout their career. Explain why this individual deserves recognition with the Legacy of Leadership Award.
